Internal Regulations & Code of Conduct
Identity documents: upon arrival, guests must present a valid identity document. Guest registration is carried out in accordance with legal requirements. Personal data will be processed in compliance with applicable data-protection legislation.
Check-in: rooms are available from 2:00 PM.
Early check-in: access to the room before the standard time is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. If the room is not yet ready, guests may complete registration procedures and use the common areas and services. In case of early arrival, parking is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed before 11:00 AM.
External guests: unregistered persons may not be allowed into guest rooms. Visitors must be authorized in advance by
Management, identified at reception and, where required, registered in accordance with applicable law. Any additional costsresulting from the presence of unregistered persons may be charged.
CHECK-OUT
Departure (Check-out) and Luggage Storage
Check-out: rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM. The parking space must also be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise authorized by Management.
Late check-out / Day Use: subject to availability and mandatory reservation, use of the room, parking space and beach service may be extended until 6:00 PM. The service is subject to a seasonal fee, communicated to the guest and charged at final payment.
Luggage storage: on the day of departure, or in case of early arrival, luggage may be stored free of charge at reception. Guests are advised not to place particularly valuable items in stored luggage. Items entrusted to the Hotel are subject to applicable legal provisions.
Unauthorized late departure: exceeding the check-out time without prior authorization may result in the applicable late check- out fee or, where late check-out cannot be granted, the charge for an additional night. Parking occupied without authorization after 10:00 AM will incur a charge of €30.00 for the full day or any part thereof.
PETS
Pets are accepted only if declared and authorized at the time of booking. A fee may apply for final cleaning and sanitization of the room.
In common areas, dogs must be kept on a leash. Pets are not permitted in areas where food is served, such as the breakfast room and restaurant, or in areas specifically designated by Management.
The owner is responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Pets must not be left unattended in the room if this may cause disturbance, risk or damage.
PARKING
Parking
Parking spaces are not reserved and are assigned subject to availability. The parking area is intended only for normally sized vehicles; the Hotel does not guarantee parking for vans, motorhomes or particularly large vehicles.
The parking space must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise authorized. Keeping the vehicle beyond that time without authorization constitutes unauthorized occupation and may result in the charge specified in these regulations.
The parking area is unattended, and allocation of a parking space does not constitute custody of the vehicle or items left inside it. Guests must lock their vehicles properly and should not leave valuable or visible items inside.
Manoeuvres within the parking area are the responsibility of the driver. Guests are responsible for damage caused to their own or another guest’s vehicle when attributable to them. Management is not liable for theft, damage or vandalism not attributable to the Hotel or its staff, without prejudice to liabilities provided by law.
BEACH
The beach service includes basic equipment consisting of 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room, subject to the booking
conditions and service availability. Beach places are assigned by reception and cannot be booked individually unless otherwise
arranged by the Hotel.
It is forbidden to occupy unassigned sun loungers or umbrellas, move equipment without authorization, or leave towels or
belongings to reserve a place when it is not actually being used. Guests must comply with safety rules and the instructions of
beach staff and lifeguards.
EMERGENCIES
Emergencies and Night-time Assistance
During night hours, from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, the on-call service is primarily intended for medical or safety emergencies
and for failures or situations that may pose an immediate danger to people or property, such as fire, smoke, significant water
leaks, hazardous electrical failures or similar situations.

+39 0421 81950 +39 3299882375 or +39 3338445216. In the event of a medical emergency or immediate danger, the
European emergency telephon number 112 must be contacted directly.
For ordinary requests or non-urgent services, guests are asked to contact reception during normal service hours. If a manifestly inappropriate night-time call results in an unnecessary intervention by on-call staff, Management reserves the right to charge an intervention fee, including for a first occurrence, where justified by the nature and circumstances of the request and
where the guest has been informed in advance.
DAMAGES
Guests must use the room, furnishings, systems, devices and linen provided by the Hotel with due care and return them in
the condition in which they were provided, except for normal wear resulting from proper use.
Any damage, breakage, abnormal deterioration, permanent stain, removal or loss attributable to the guest will be charged on
the basis of the actual and documented cost of repair, restoration or replacement. For irreversibly damaged linen, the relevant
replacement cost may be charged.
Management may inspect the condition of the room before or after departure. Guests are required to promptly report any
damage already present on arrival, preferably before using the room. Where unreported damage is attributable to the stay, the
Hotel may seek reimbursement in accordance with applicable law.
MULTIMEDIA CONTENTS
Photography, Video and Use of Content
Guests may take photographs and record videos within the property for personal use, provided that they respect the
privacy, safety, peace and dignity of other guests and staff.
It is forbidden to intentionally photograph or record identifiable persons without their consent where such consent is required
by applicable law, or to use or distribute images in a way that harms their privacy, dignity or reputation.
It is also forbidden to use or distribute photographs, videos, logos, trademarks or other identifying elements of Hotel Palladio
for commercial, advertising, editorial or professional purposes without prior written authorization from Management. Content that
may harm the reputation, image, dignity or legitimate interests of Hotel Palladio is not permitted.
CONDUCT
To respect everyone’s rest, maximum consideration for quiet is required from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to
3:00 PM. At all times, guests must behave in a way that does not disturb others.
Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and common areas of the Hotel, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping
devices, except in any outdoor areas expressly designated for this purpose.
It is forbidden to bring into or use in guest rooms stoves, irons, heaters or other electrical appliances not provided by the Hotel
that may create electrical, fire or safety risks.
In the event of seriously disruptive, dangerous or otherwise incompatible behaviour affecting the safety, rest or peace of other
guests, Management may require the behaviour to cease immediately and, in serious cases, take the measures permitted by
law and the conditions of stay, including for a first occurrence.
PRIVACY
Valuables and Privacy
Guests are advised not to leave money, documents, jewellery, electronic devices or other particularly valuable items
unattended. Guests may request the safekeeping at reception of cash, securities and valuables in accordance with the
procedures and limits provided by law and the Hotel’s organizational conditions.
The Hotel may refuse custody of dangerous items and, where permitted by law, items of excessive value in relation to the size
and operating conditions of the property or items of an excessively bulky nature. Such items, if not accepted for safekeeping,
remain the guest’s responsibility. The Hotel’s liability for items brought into the Hotel or entrusted to its custody is governed by Articles 1783 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code. Any limitations or exclusions apply only where permitted by applicable law.
Guests’ personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable law, exclusively for
purposes connected with the management of the stay and legal obligations. The full privacy notice is available at reception.
MINORS
Parents, guardians or accompanying adults are responsible for supervising the minors in their care throughout the stay and
must take all necessary precautions in relation to the Hotel’s areas, facilities and services.
ACCESS
Keys, Access Cards and Access Devices
Keys, access cards and other access devices provided by the Hotel must be kept carefully and returned upon departure. In
the event of loss or failure to return them, the guest must immediately inform reception.
Any actual costs incurred by the Hotel for the replacement, reprogramming or securing of lost or unreturned access devices
may be charged to the guest.
GUESTS
Rooms may be used only by persons duly registered with the property, unless prior authorization has been granted by
Management. Rooms may not be used for activities incompatible with their hotel purpose or with the safety and peace of the
property.
Any additional persons must be reported to reception in advance and, where required, registered in accordance with
applicable law. The Hotel reserves the right to adjust the number of occupants and any charges due.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Final Provisions
These regulations form an integral part of Hotel Palladio’s conditions of stay and are intended to ensure safety, mutual
respect and the proper operation of the services. In situations not expressly covered, Management may take reasonable
measures as necessary in compliance with applicable law.
Management and the Staff of Hotel Palladio are available for information and assistance. We thank our guests for their
